You are now ready to install the new Engage application from the Company Portal.

Error resolution guide

Please use the error resolution guide below:

  1. Click on “Check device settings.” Allow app to sync.

  2. Click on the burger menu on the Company Portal home page and access “Settings”.

  3. Click on “SYNC” and allow a few minutes for the app to sync before opening Engage again.
